Attention All Campers, All Counselors...It's time for 1st Period Activities!

Activities have been great at Marimeta this summer. Our Tennis program has been better than ever. World Class Tennis Pro’s Manny and Pan have brought our program to new heights this year. We were introduced by a friend who was coached by Manny at “The Inn at Manitou”, a Five Star Tennis resort in Ontario, Canada. Previously the number 1 ranked player in India, Manny along with Pan Head up the program on Marimeta’s 5 court complex. Pan previously the coach of India’s International Gold Medal team in 1991, has also decided this year that they wanted to coach the Marimeta campers. The campers took to them both immediately. They love our children and it shows in their lessons. Campers flock to the courts with every free moment to get some extra attention to work on their game. Look them up on parents weekend and you too will feel the magic on the Marimeta Tennis courts this summer.

"Will you bait my hook?"

Hey, will you bait my hook? Can be heard if you’re near the fishing pier this year. The catch of the day could be walleye, perch, or bass. Campers of all ages have had a chance to fish meta lake. The largest fish this year was an 18 inch Walleye caught by Sandy and Terrys little Frankie! He also was convincing enough to get his grandfather to fry up the catch of the day...along with others boated by his brothers Michael and C.J.

"Eat it while it's hot!"

“Hey good lookin...what’s cookin” in the Lodge Kitchen. That’s not Albert’s area, it’s the campers! cooking class is popular with all in 99.
