The 1999 Marimeta Season is off to a Hot Start!!! The buses arrived on time, the campers gathered anxiously on the basketball court where they met their counselors and found out what cabins they were to move into for the hot summer ahead!
It wasn’t long before they were singing in the mess hall and eating the traditional Welcome dinner of pizza and an amazing salad bar with fresh vegetables and fresh fruit to fuel everyone up for the evening activity. The Counselors were introduced in a Game Show fashion... as their campers cheered them on. It wasn’t long before Sandy and Terry tucked all of our campers in bed for their first night under the Wisconsin Sky of stars so close... you could almost touch them.
While Terry and Renee worked thru the night and into the next day... schedules were finalized and our campers started their swim tests, learned their way around camp and even had time for a quick cabin picture as seen in the following sections. We wanted to introduce you to our fabulous staff and Each cabin has written a brief note to their parents...
